Working On A Quirky Graph

I haven’t had to travel for work in years. Not that I’m complaining, I’m definitely not, but it makes it that much more odd when you are suddenly called up for an offsite meeting. The more amusing piece here is that we (as coworkers) don’t really know each other in… ‘but, wait! here’s more!’

I have to admit, I haven’t been diligent with my weight loss medicine the last few weeks. Learning that I’m part of a layoff, the holidays, actual work related stress outside of the layoff has thrown me off my routine. So I’m stuck ish. I’m at a plateau, but still… ‘but, wait! here’s more!’

I swear this has been the oddest week and it isn’t even done. We were warned a few weeks ago that big changes were going to be made at work, and so we knew layoffs were coming. The announcement yesterday came as no real shock. I had already survived 2… ‘but, wait! here’s more!’

I was up at 5 am again this morning. Not because of an alarm or a pressing need to be anywhere, but because my pet moose has trained me to get up early so we can walk. he loves going out early, when it is still dark out and the… ‘but, wait! here’s more!’

It is amazing how much we continue to learn about self care and how much we can seemingly learn to go. Things we pick up that are chaotic good ideas (drinking water, yoga, sleep) and the chaotic evil (social media, fad diets, mlm quick ‘cures’). And all those many things… ‘but, wait! here’s more!’
