Standstill

This has been the longest month and it is only the 4th. Between work and home, I’m ready to crawl into bed for a day just to see if I could stand to stay there.

Ginger had gotten worse. I took her to the vet yesterday because she’s been a little disoriented, and when I would give her medication, her heart would pound out of her chest and her breathing would become labored. Of course, everyone at the clinic thought she was an angel. She’s not. They sent her home with handouts for in home euthanasia. I’m not sure what to do, but she’s not going to get better, and at 5 lbs, she is no longer even remotely healthy. She keeps on going, however. I just don’t know how much energy she has left.
